An innovative construction consultancy, going through a strong period of growth, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their central London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Partners are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a team of 50+ quantity surveyors who are working across an array of residential, commercial, and education projects.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to be able to lead projects self-sufficiently, in a client facing manner.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Hold a RICS accredited degree
  • MRICS would be a bonus
  • Confident and able to speak up at client meetings
  • Pre and post cost management experience
  • Well rounded Senior Quantity Surveyor
