The Company

Woodhouse Property Recruitment have partnered with a leading national consultancy who are currently looking to add to their team of planners, expanding on their growing presence in the market.  We are looking for a Senior or Associate Planner to join a team with a varied set of projects and be based in any of their major offices in Birmingham, Northampton, Bristol, or Hemel Hempstead.


The Role

In this role, you will work a large variety of residential and commercial projects, including specialist work across education, healthcare, and leisure. This includes involvement in planning research; preparation of reports for site appraisals, planning applications and appeals; site visits and meeting with clients; and collating and submission of planning applications and appeals (written representations, hearings and public inquiries). All team members will have the opportunity to pursue their own business lines and lead their own projects, as well as assisting with existing client projects.
