We have a brilliant opportunity for you to join us as our Facilities and Community Manager, where you will be responsible for the operational management of our brand-new office at One Strawberry Lane.

You’ll develop a thriving building community, managing relationships with colleagues and customers plus voluntary community sector organisations, building tenants, our café operator and anyone else who’d like to visit!

About you

We’re here to support you to grow and be amazing in this role! You’ll already have the following technical skills;

An effective communicator and positive influencer with the ability to create and manage a dynamic team and develop thriving building community for internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage the commercial performance of the building, adopting, developing and effectively managing and reporting on expenditure against approved budgets as well as overseeing tenancy agreements and relationships. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulation and statutory compliance surrounding facilities management with multiple tenants. We’ll support you with the rest! Working hours

This role will be office based, so you will need to at One Strawberry Lane 5 days a week. It’s the team’s unwritten rule that you attend the important appointments in life, be it your child’s school play, your partner’s graduation, or to get your new fridge delivered. You can elect to fit these around your working day or use your flexi to take the time off. Our focus is on getting the job done, not your working hours!
