1^st Select have been retained to secure a Building Surveyor to lead the professional focus of the business.

This role is to lead the professional services business with a focus on Dilapidations. The Firm has a strong flow of work and there is no need to have to win your own work.

The firm provides professional services throughout the private, education and public sectors, these services include and are not limited to agency, consultancy, management and professional services. The opportunity is within the building consultancy unit, which carries out building surveying, cdmc, health & safety and project surveying services. They work through commercial and educational sectors.
