Are you looking for a transactional Estates Surveying role in a Local Authority?
Park Avenue are working with a Council in Surrey who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract.
If you prefer longevity in your contracts - this could be perfect for you! The manager has already detailed that there is enough work for multiple extensions past the initial 6 months.
You will be focused on landlord and tenant negotiations, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
In the future, if you're looking to progress your career into management, this could be a good stepping stone - you'll be advising a graduate with their APC!
MRICS is desirable for this role. Local Authority experience is required.
