The Company
The Partner Building Surveyor will be working for a mid-sized consultancy (working with their largest building surveying team nationally), which prides itself on its ability to produce outstanding end results for clients across the commercial and public sectors.
 
The Role
The Partner Building Surveyor will work alongside other Partners in delivering the firm's growth ambitions. You will focus on strengthening their commercial arm, so a background in commercial building surveying is important.
It’s all about getting the right person in, who is fully on board with their values and is passionate about helping to deliver their future plans for the team.  With this in mind, they are open to someone stepping up into this role (and you’ll have all the professional support from the other Partners in the business).
They will also consider someone already at this level, but who is looking for a new challenge.  Perhaps it’s the equity that’s attractive to you, or the fact there’s no ‘red tape,’ and that they encourage entrepreneurial thinkers.
 
Required Skills
As an MRICS/ FRICS Chartered surveyor, the Partner Building Surveyor will have extensive experience managing a Building Consultancy team(s), with a strong knowledge in the commercial sector.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Partner Building Surveyor will possess the highest level of communication skills and commercial awareness to make a success of this position.
