Building Control Manager

Salary: £44,624 - 47,665 per annum (Grade 11)
Hours: 37 hours per week
We are looking for an inspiring Building Control Manager, or a qualified and experienced Building Control surveyor, looking to take the next step in their career, who would like the opportunity to develop and shape a high performing and effective team.
We are seeking a positive and forward-thinking Building Control Manager to join our team and deliver a first class service for our current, and potential customers.
This exciting role will be responsible for leading the Building Control team and developing the service to ensure it is attractive in a competitive market.
You will manage a small team of surveyors and support staff, manage your own caseload and provide guidance and professional advice to customers, employees and elected Members.
You must be a corporate Member of RICS or CABE and have an appropriate level of registration with the Building Safety Regulator (most likely Level 6 or a willingness to work towards Level 6).
