Senior/ Building Control Officer

Salary: £25,927 - £43,570 per annum (Grade 6 - 10)
Hours: 37 hours per week
The role
We are seeking a hardworking, ambitious and innovative Senior / Building Control Officer who has excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing a quality service to our customers.
You should have, or be in the final stages of gaining, membership of a relevant professional institution (e.g. RICS or CABE). We will support your ongoing annual CPD requirements.
You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the legislation and the technical documents that underpin the Building Regulations.
Your ability to solve problems pragmatically and handle a wide variety of projects is essential.
You will be working with a range of clients, from homeowners to large commercial / industrial developers, who expect a prompt service and high quality advice.
