Your new company
You will work for a small consultancy based in Loughborough. They offer a family like environment, with a team of 10 staff. They work across a number of sectors including residential, education, hospitality and retail.
Your new role
You will work as a Quantity Surveyor based, working with clients, contractors and sub contractors. You will be capable of undertaking a wide range of pre and post contract QS duties. With the ability to procure sub-contractors and suppliers, manage the payment process, prepare CVR & cash flow reports and identify and price variations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of being the lead QS on projects for a Main Contractor or Sub-Contractor. You will ideally have a qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. You will be keen to work for a company that operate as a team, and put their customer first.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary between £30000 - £40000 as well as benefits. You will be able to work remotely, with occasional travel to the office. You will be happy to meet clients on site, and be client facing.
