Position

A fantastic opportunity for a RICS qualified Senior Surveyor to join our growing Lease Advisory and Transactional Services team in London. The team has a broad range of landlord and tenant clients, working on a variety of fast paced and interesting instructions, with a particular focus on the retail sector.

With great opportunities for progression and personal development, this is an exciting role for a confident and self-motivated Surveyor with 2-3 years post qualification experience,

Essential requirements

• Detailed knowledge of Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews, Rental and Capital Valuation
• Experience in the preparation of Expert Witness Reports
• Understanding and knowledge of the retail market.

Desirable requirements

• Development Appraisals
• Investment Appraisals
• Registered RICS Valuer

Skills

• Excellent technical and writing skills
• Strong property understanding across the wider sector
• Good communicator
• Detailed knowledge of Excel
• A good understanding of L&T case law and general property law (desirable)
• You will have a full UK Driving Licence and be willing to travel throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays away from home.
