Associate Director - Estate Management (Professional & Transactional)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Management surveyor to join the Estate Management team of a forward-thinking national consultancy and be based in either London, Birmingham, or Milton Keynes. The team work with high-profile clients, predominately retail based, who you will regularly meet and report to. This is a unique opportunity to engage with a variety of professional and transactional responsibilities including: rent reviews, expiries & breaks, acquisitions & disposals, providing invest advice, identifying value-add opportunities, and property management. As an Associate Director, you will have a high-level of autonomy but will be expected to expand on the team’s presence, as well as lead and develop your junior team members.
