The opportunity for the Assistant Project Manager

This is such an amazing opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager as they will consider all good candidates even if they don't have experience in across all areas currently. What you need as an Assistant Project Manager

• RICS accredited BSc in Construction Management or an equivalent
• 1-2 years plus of practical hands on project experience - ideally working for a consulting or small development organisation
• To have helped write a client's brief and carried out a few feasibility studies - worked through concept and detailed design phases, appointed the design team and OR helped tender to the contractor and seen the project through on site
• Ideally you may have assisted on a few projects from Stage C or RIBA 2 through to handover (its OK if you have done 0 - to handover also) more likely you will have done a bit of each on different projects
• Buildings project experience on residential - other sectors will also be considered
• An attention to detail and excellent written, minute taking and report writing skills
