My client delivers a range of projects to the construction and project management industry and have success with exceeding clients expectations across the world. Due to their continuing success, they are seeking an Associate to Director level in project management to be a leading influence in their company, leading the healthcare projects in London.
This role is for an experienced and ambitious Associate Director who is seeking to utilise their expertise in project management as a forward-thinking and dynamic figure in the business. They would be keen to manage a variety of challenging projects and must be capable of managing a very high calibre team of staff. They will ideally have previous experience leading hospital projects with major healthcare providers.
Responsibilities for the Associate/Director:
- Leading the Healthcare projects
- Managing a team on a variety of Health Sector projects, particularly a major hospital project
- Multi stake holder client liaison
- Managing the professional project team, overseeing architects and engineers
Requirements for the Associate/Director:
- Degree in a relevant discipline
- MRICS accredited
- Proven track record of delivery and leading projects
- Proven record of managing a team of consultancy professionals
- Ability to grow new business and demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking
- Ability to influence and develop others, leading by example
- Ability to exercise judgement and make decisions
- Experience working on major hospital projects at leadership level
