Job Details
Provide leadership in the Estate Management function, responsible for managing lease events, acquisitions/disposals, ensure the maintenance of landlord and tenant relationships and to minimise risk from the operational estate.

Description
Provide Professional advice, leadership, management and reporting on a National leasehold portfolio (including some assets in Ireland).
Managing in-house and external consultancy support across:
- Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Lease Re-gears, Lease reversions, Dilapidation matters, Disposal and Acquisitions.
Deliver strategic property advice.
Day to day management of landlord relationships.
Providing detailed management information on all aspects of the Property Estate, in line with Groups KPIs.
Preparation of reports and advice on all key matters relating to relocations, disposals, acquisitions and renewals.
Identification of opportunities to reduce property costs.
Management of Business Rate, Service Charge, Property Insurance, utilities and Professional Fee budgets, supported by the Team.
Optimise income from sublet portfolio.
Management of Lease Portfolio.
Work with Accounts team to ensure accurate and timely payment of all property liabilities.
Annual budget management.
Undertake inspections and identifying opportunities to deliver savings, add value and provide efficiency's.
Profile
Qualified Surveyor with demonstrable experience PQE in a similar role, with client side experience preferred but not essential. MRICS minimum.
Proven understanding of L&T Management, and ideally industrial, retail or similar sectors.
Strong communication skills, with a logical or analytical mindset.
Strong commercial awareness and forward-thinking skills. Financially aware.
Highly organised and delivery orientated, able to work to deadlines and with excellent relationship management abilities.
Job Offer
Salary plus car allowance package c. £55k+

Hybrid / Flexible working in place, able to work from home, but must be able to travel nationally to manage portfolio.
