GRADUATE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SURVEYOR

Maunder Taylor is an independent property consultancy based in North London offering agency and professional advice across the Commercial and Residential property sectors.

Based in our Whetstone Office, our Commercial Management department is looking to recruit a Graduate Surveyor.

You will join the team as a Commercial Property Manager managing a broad range of retail, office, leisure, industrial and residential property.

The role involves all aspects of property management across a wide-ranging portfolio and will also include inspections, valuations and rent review/lease renewal work. APC training will be given and encouraged, both within the property management department and other departments of the firm.

You will have basic knowledge of property and the ability to communicate with landlords, tenants and staff in a confident manner. The ideal candidate will be articulate and have strong written communication skills.
