Interim Estates Surveyor – North-West – £35/hour – 6 Months+

One of our long-standing Local Authority clients based in the North West of England is looking for a Estates Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months (minimum).

Ideally you will:

• Be RICS qualified (Not essential) Based locally to the North West (2 days in office, 3 days remote) Have experience in Landlord and Tenant, general estates management and valuations

It is not essential to have local authority experience for this position and if you are not RICS qualified or a Valuer, the Council is more than happy to support you through the APC should you wish.

The role is for 6 months initially, but the Council have contractors who have been with them for 3 years+ and see this position having longevity to it.
