Your new company
A well known and established high street retailer are looking for a graduate surveyor to join their property team based in West Yorkshire. With a portfolio that consists of high street shops, manufacturing sites and offices across the UK

Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the existing property portfolio of over 1000 properties. You will be negotiating lease renewals with Landlord's to deliver rent savings in line or exceeding market conditions to help maximise profitability.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will ideally be a member of the RICS and have an indepth knowledge of the UK retail property market across a variety of locations. It is essential that you have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to be able to work to strict deadlines.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get a competitive salary of up to £40,000 doe as well as an excellent benefits package. The role is hybrid with some travel involved to visit sites and projects.
