Job Details

Flagship is working exclusivity with one of the region's leading construction consultancy. Due to an increase in work throughout the Sheffield area, our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team, the Project Manager could come from either a consultancy or a developer background with should have a large amount of experience running residential projects from inception to completion. 

The ideal candidate should match the following criteria: 

  • Degree qualified. 
  • Chartered or working towards. (CIOB, APM, RICS). 
  • A strong background with either consultancy or developer (a mix of both would be ideal). 
  • Experience running large scale residential projects from inception to completion. 

    • Our client will pay a competitive salary of £50,000 or the right candidate, plus a benefits package. This is a great opportunity for for an ambitious Senior Project Manager who is looking to work on high-end residential projects with a bespoke developer.
