Senior Project Manager

Prolific opportunity for a Associate (designate) Project Manager to join the best in class practice in Cambridge. This appointment is to strengthen a pedigree team in Cambridge and help shoulder some significant projects.

The Cambridge project management team is best in class in the local and regional market, working with all the discerning clients. They are experienced and rounded project managers who provide a timely, pragmatic and quality service offering. Their clients range from colleges, developers, end users, institutions, trusts and universities.

Current projects earmarked for the successful candidate are a £35 million higher educational facility, £ 30 million technology building both of which are at construction stages and a large-scale masterplan at feasibility.

To this end, it is expected that the successful candidate will achieve Associateship within 12 months and will be the right pedigree to work their way through the Partnership.

You will more than likely have a construction related degree and be a member of the RICS, APM or IOB. It is anticipated you will currently hold a role as a Senior Project Manager or may be as an Associate. You will be used to delivering projects in excess of £10 million and pulling upon internal resources as needed.

You will be highly articulate, used to compiling reports, developing briefs, planning and delivering projects.

You will have strong IT skills and ideally used MS PROJECT or equivalent planning software.
