Associate Quantity Surveyor

Fantastic opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a nurturing, close-knit and progressive family run property and construction consultancy working on a varied portfolio.

About the Role

Working across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, and industrial on projects ranging in value from £100k up to £5m, this medium sized consultancy functions from two offices whilst maintaining their tailored, personal approach. They provide Project Management and Cost Management services to both private and public clients.

As the Associate Quantity Surveyor you will join the head office in Leicester, taking responsibility to manage and develop all key client accounts, mentoring and motivating all team members and take the lead role managing the team of Quantity Surveyors as well as acting as Employers Agent on D&B projects.

About You

The successful candidate will be degree qualified and ideally be a chartered MRICS or if not be committed to achieving chartered status within 2 years. You will have a minimum of 7 year's experience in running your own projects, some large and complex, and have experience managing a team.
