I am currently working with a well known public sector and government organisation who are looking to recruit an Asset Manager / Senior Surveyor to their well established Property Team.

Client Details

My client is a large public sector and government organisation based in the West Midlands.

Description

The successful candidate will work within a team of three other Surveyors involved in managing a diverse portfolio of Council properties ensuring our public estate meets the needs of the council and the communities we serve.

Profile

The job is for an interim contract period of 12 months, based on a full time 37 hours per week basis. This post is available immediately for the right Asset Manager candidate. If you want to join this fast-paced team you will need to be:

  • Qualified to degree level.
  • A member of the RICS.
  • A knowledgeable practitioner with experience in providing professional property advice within a large and diverse organisation.
  • A good communicator and competent in IT skills.
