We’re working with one of the fastest-growing, non-corporate Panel Managers in the UK who require experienced Residential Surveyors in multiple locations for both lender and private instructions as follows:

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS with VRS
• Good general exposure to multiple lender reporting formats (HBR and MV’s)
• Committed to a fair balance of volume/quality
• Less points focused than truly corporate counterparts yet equally secure in terms of workflow

Suitable Residential Surveyors can expect compact patches, flexible working arrangements (i.e. 4 day week / reduced volumes etc. if preferred) and a genuine interest in staff welfare.

Packages comprise competitive basic salaries, decent cars (or allowances), a transparent bonus scheme and additional benefits including healthcare.
