An independent non-corporate Panel Manager that operates on a low volume basis servicing exclusively private surveying instructions, emphasising customer service, high-quality reports and a genuine work-life balance.
Private survey workload comprising level 2 and level 3 reports as well as the occasional private valuation (pre-purchase, probate, matrimonial, taxation), building pathology report and snagging survey.
WHO DO THEY SEEK?
Experienced RICS accredited surveyors with the exposure and ability to undertake all reports up to level 3, AssocRICS surveyors at the start of their career with relevant structural experience, Valuation surveyors (VRS accredited) keen to develop their building surveying experience and existing Residential Surveyors looking for a remedy to high volume corporate employment.
WHAT DO THEY OFFER?
- Basic salary from £45,000 to £55,000 (depending on qualification level and experience)
