One of London’s premier Building Consultancy teams is looking to add a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to their thriving London team. This top tier building consultancy team has remained busy throughout the year and has an exciting pipeline of work with impressive clients. They work on a range of projects across commercial sectors from refurb and fit-outs to new builds.

You will be joining a hugely talented team and supported to develop your career further, improve professionally and thrive personally.  They are looking for a Chartered Building surveyor with good all-round Building Surveying skills, across both professional and project work. If you have a particular area of work that you particularly enjoy, you will be encouraged to specialise in that area too.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor with good London consultancy experience to take their career to the next level in a market leading team.

Requirements:

• MRICS
• Good all-round Building Surveying Skill Set
• Preferably 2 yr PQE+

Salary:

• £60,000 DOE
• Pension
• Bonus Scheme, Healthcare, Car Allowance
