Do you have experience working on Operational and Commercial Property Portfolios?
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in the Southeast, who require an Interim Estates Consultant on an initial 6-month contract, with potential for extension.
The portfolio you'll be focused on is primarily operational, with some commercial assets included. Your responsibilities will revolve around estates management - all aspects of transactional estates surveying.
You'll be working on a hybrid basis, only going into their offices/onto site once a fortnight - they're keen on flexible working.
We already have someone working in the team, and he's due to be extended in the next few weeks. This Council appreciate that you'll be looking for longevity in your contract.
MRICS is preferable.
Local Authority experience is desirable as you'll be speaking with internal and external stakeholders.
