Residential Valuer required – London / Inner M25 – Lender & Private instructions – Low volume - £70k basic / £100k+ OTE plus package
Our client is a well-regarded, traditional London practice engaged in a broad general professional workload within London primarily and the inner M25 generally. Due to a sustained uplift in high quality, high fee instructions they now require a competent Residential Valuer as follows:
- 1 - 2 jobs per day, working for both prime high street lenders and private clients producing high quality red book valuations (minimal “tick box” type).
- No requirement for HBR’s or Building Surveys although both can be undertaken if the successful candidate prefers (likewise there is the option to undertake lease enfranchisement work if desired)
- Predominantly London coverage but inner M25 generally
- MRICS/VRS essential
- Completely flexible working – fully home-based or part/full office if preferred
Remuneration will include a basic salary starting at £70k plus car (or allowance circa £6k) and bonuses calculated at 33% of fee income over a 3 x basic salary threshold (i.e. £210k threshold, 33% of all fees earned thereafter – no small print!). £100k+ easily achieved.
