Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

An independent multi-discipline consultancy is looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to their team.

My client is a vibrant and dynamic organisation who have a professional and reputable reputation in the market. They provide accurate construction advice across the built environment. The organisation boasts five regional offices across the UK, they deliver multi-million pound schemes across Oxford and the surrounding home counties.

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to join the division due to organic growth and an increase in instructions. The building consultancy department is currently managing serval long term projects in the Oxford area. We are looking for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor who has proven project experience. You will lead multiple programmes from inception through to completion. Project values range from £400k up to £3million.
