Chartered Building Surveyor
London
£50,000 - £65,000 per annum
Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor looking to join one of the UK's largest independent real estate practices? A vibrant and dynamic firm based in London's West End is looking to add a Chartered Building Surveyor to the team. The division boasts over 25 building surveyors in their London office. Commercial specialists, they provide accurate advice across the capital and surrounding home counties.
The role:
A generic building surveying role which exposes you to all disciplines, you will directly report to the Head of Building Surveying. The team is undertaking a variety of schemes including office fit outs (CAT A & B), negotiating dilapidations and survey programmes. Project values range up to £5million. Whilst leading several schemes you will be required to manage stakeholders and spot new business opportunities.
