Job title: Senior Building Surveyor
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
One of Kent's leading multi-discipline practices is looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to the team.
My client is an established award winning practice who predominately operates across the public residential, education and commercial sectors. The organisation manages an impressive client portfolio and are well respected within the built environment. They undertake exclusive schemes and 80% of their instructions are referrals or repeat business.
The Building Consultancy department plays an integral part in the practice's success. Due to an increase in workload and natural growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to join the team. This is a traditional building surveying role which will encompass both project and professional disciplines. You will work on projects from inception to completion with values ranging up to £10million.
Responsibilities include; contract administration, project management, party wall matters, schedules of condition, defect analysis, planned maintenance programmes, refurbishment and acting as employers agent.
