Are you a Senior Building Surveyor looking to join a mature multidiscipline practice in London. My clients offices are in the heart of London a minute's walk from Oxford Street. Would you like to be a part of a business who has made and assisted over £1.7bn investment transactions. Commercial specialists, the consultancy boast a prestigious client portfolio which includes investors, financial institutes and high net worth individuals.

The role:

You will work alongside the Lead Partner in London providing traditional building surveying services across the commercial and industrial sectors. The division is currently undertaking a wide variety of instructions for both investor and occupier clients. Negotiating dilapidations in a Central London multi-let office, undertaking TDD surveys for an out-of-town science park or monitoring the development of a new logistics hub.

Senior Building Surveyor:

We are looking for a confident and competent professional, a Full Member of the Institute of Chartered Surveyors. You will come from a commercial background and have full exposure across the building surveying disciplines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential along with having a 'can do' attitude. A passionate individual who pays close attention to detail.
