Chartered Building Surveyor
Client Side
London
£50,000 - £70,000 per annum
Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor who would like to work client-side? We are exclusively representing one of the UK's most prestigious Estate's. Our client is looking to add a Chartered Building Surveyor to the team. Offices are located within the heart of London's West End. The Estate proudly owns over 100 acres of Zone 1 and occupies rural estates in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
The role:
You will report to the Head of Building Surveying whilst liaising with internal and external stakeholders. This is a generic building surveying role which has a strong emphasis on projects, so having proven experience is essential. Internal and external refurbishments, repairs and maintenance programmes are all schemes you will lead from inception to completion. Responsibilities also include providing accurate advice to landlords and tenants. There is a healthy variation of structures including Grade I & II listed buildings and mansion blocks.
