Location: Gravesend, Kent

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

One of Kents leading multi-discipline practice is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Gravesend office.

My client is an established organisation who has been operating successfully for over 20 years. The organisation pride themselves in providing accurate property advice across the commercial, education, blue light and public sectors. They are currently undertaking large schemes across the South East.

The firm is now looking to expand their Building Surveying division with the addition of a Chartered Building Surveyor due to an increase in workload. An opportunity has arisen working within the projects team delivering refurbishment and maintenance programmes.

About you;

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Proven project experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK Drivers Licence
