A UK's leading building consultancy is looking to strengthen their London offices with the addition of a Building Surveyor. My client is looking for a driven professional to join either their City or West End offices. The market leading practice predominately undertakes projects in the commercial and industrial sectors.

We are looking for a Building Surveyor with proven commercial surveying experience. You will support an experienced APC councilor with several long-term schemes. The successful Building Surveyor will be offered full APC support to achieve MRICS status. Work is located in Central London and surrounding Home Counties.

This is a traditional building surveying role which encompasses both the professional and project disciplines. Responsibilities include; dilapidations (landlord & tenant), building/TDD surveys, contract administration and RCA's.

Clients: developers, occupiers, financial institutes, high net worth individuals and blue-chip corporations.
