Lucas Lee Limited are a practice of Chartered Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors based in Yorkshire providing responsive and client focussed expertise right across the UK.  We are presently looking to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor with relevant building and construction related knowledge to complement our existing team. 

The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with at least two years PQE and will have previously worked for a private practice carrying out similar work, working on projects up to £5m.  You must be self-motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

The role will encompass providing professional services to a range of both private and public sector clients, such services to include:-

Building Surveys; Inspections and Condition Reports; Schedules of Dilapidations; Party Wall matters;  Project Management; Contract Administration; Specification writing; Planning; Insurance valuations; Property development and acquisition; and pre and post contract construction services.

Candidates must be able to combine the technical knowledge of building surveying with business acumen and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, external surveyors and contractors.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
