Opportunity for a qualified Surveyor to join a highly regarded and growing team, with scope for future progression.
 
The Company:

A highly successful Midlands property consultancy. Their experienced team provide UK wide services specialising in Investment, Asset Management and Landlord & Tennant consultancy. They are actively asset managing almost 20 million sq ft in over 150 locations up and down the country in a UK wide portfolio worth almost £2bn.
 
The Job:

The focus of the L&T Surveyor role will be to provide dedicated property management services along with undertaking lease renewals, rent reviews and lease restructures.


You will develop long-term relationships with both clients and external professionals resulting in a close understanding of what is required to be delivered.


The organisation has invested substantially in Information Technology in line with the best industry standards with the ability, where desirable, to link their own systems directly with those of their clients.
 
Desired Skills:

Previous agency, landlord and tenant and or asset management would be preferable, experience within the office and/or industrial sectors would be desirable. You will ideally hold a property related degree and will be enrolled in the APC process or will be an RICS qualified surveyor.
