£25,000 for someone with some experience up to £50,000 for a Chartered Surveyor Will consider part time too
Your new company
An established family run property business are looking for a new member of the team on the property management side to join them. They are open to either someone with some experience to come in as more of a Trainee or a Chartered Surveyor, they also will consider anyone looking for a part time role where the salary would be pro rata'd accordingly.
Your new role
This role is focussed on liaising with landlords and tenants, arranging repairs and maintenance, chasing rent arrears and managing service charges.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have proven experience in the commercial property industry and be local to Chelmsford.
