Your new role
As a Technical Administrator, you will report directly into the Programme Manager, assisting in the organisation of the survey programme. Acting as a 'turnkey solution', you will focus on resident liaison accounting and internal management. Day-to-day duties include:

• Budgets / correlating purchase orders
• Regular communication with external consultants
• Customer relationship management
• Producing quotations
• Ensuring SLA's are met

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have previously worked within an administrative role, experience within a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy would be highly advantageous. You will be a confident communicator, be naturally methodical and organized in manner and have a genuine interest in helping customers. It is essential you are able to juggle lots of tasks and able to prioritise these efficiently and productively.

This role will offer a starting salary of £35,000 dependent on level of experience. You'll have access to a contributory company pension scheme and generous annual leave contribution. By nature, this role will involve travel to site location, at other times you'll be set-up to work remotely from home, which will be encouraged. However, you may also need to meet with your team or work form an office, at which point you could work from any of Bailey Partnership's network of offices in Sevenoaks and Chichester.
