A worldwide leading construction consultancy is looking to strengthen their Tunbridge Wells office with the addition of a APC Building Surveyor. The practice boasts employing over 2,500 professionals over 50 different countries. My client operates successfully across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, education and healthcare. The Building Consultancy division is currently 55 strong in London and the South East, we are looking for a ambitious and confident individual to join the team.

The role:

This is a generic building surveying role which predominately focuses in the project discipline. You will support a Senior Building Surveyor who is also an experienced APC Councilor with schemes from inception to completion. Building Consultancy is currently undertaking projects in the education, public housing and healthcare sectors. Programmes are located in the local Kent and South East area, values range from £200k - £2million.
