Having successfully provided a shortlist for the Senior Acquisition Manager position we are seeking applications for the Acquisition Manager position based in Bristol.

Lounges are predominantly located in market towns and the suburbs of major cities, whereas Cosy Clubs are found in city centres.

Purpose of the role

Forming a key part of the acquisitions team, you will help identify and acquire suitable new sites that fit the acquisition strategy and continued growth of the business.

This role will involve

Working as part of a team you will ensure the quality of the new sites enhances profitability, business performance and drives the growth of the company.

You will ideally have some knowledge of both towns and cities across the UK and be able to, or willing to learn to interpret and utilise market data to identify the very best locations for future Lounges and Cosy Clubs.

With support, you will take new site acquisitions through: site identification, negotiation, board approval, legals, planning, licensing and post exchange / completion phases; ensuring a thorough handover to the construction team.

You will possess strong communication and negotiation skills underpinned by good property knowledge and some experience.

You will be able to communicate and influence with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Skills and qualifications

Good negotiating and influencing skills

Ideally MRICS qualified, with 2-5 year's property experience.

An interest, or knowledge of the leisure/retail property market.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Enjoys the challenge of working client-side and managing a team of external property consultants
