Job Details
A unique property and infrastructure consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Quantity Surveying and Project Management team in London.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be reporting into an Associate Director with a Quantity Surveying and PM background, and support him in delivering housing and regeneration projects across London, South East, and Birmingham.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will carry out a dual QS/PM and at times, EA role including:
- Working on early stage developments
- Design stage
- Tender process
- Contract administration
- Cost analysis
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Capable Quantity Surveyor, able to run a job independently
- Able to carry out a QS/PM/EA role
- Good pre contract knowledge
- Good working attitude
- Client facing
- Cost Management / Quantity Surveying consultancy experience
