Job Details
A medium size, national construction, and property consultancy are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to support the Divisional Director who leads the London, Cost Management division.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role
The Director is seeking a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor who can take projects off him and run them alongside a Project and Graduate Quantity Surveyor, thus freeing up the Director to do more business development.
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor shall work with several blue chip clients across the public sector including Parliament, well known healthcare clients and colleges.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- Cost Management / Quantity Surveying consultancy background
- MRICS or completed a RICS accredited degree
- NEC contract knowledge is a plus
- Good with excel
- Pre and post contract experience
