Regional Director, Nottingham

A global and well-known multi-disciplined consultancy are looking for a Regional Director of Quantity Surveying to join their Nottingham based team.

The Regional Quantity Surveyor's role

The Regional Quantity Surveyor will be expected to oversee the smooth running of projects from inception to completion across the Midlands. The ever-growing pipeline for this consultancy includes projects ranging in values from £1m to £45m within the Residential, Health, Industrial, Office and Commercial sectors.

The Regional Quantity Surveyor will become a focal point for the Midlands offices in Quantity Surveying and will be sought out for their consultancy experience, project delivery, APC completion and client liaison. The successful Regional Quantity Surveyor will also hold a large portion of responsibility for the management and expansion of the existing client base of the Nottingham office.

The Regional Quantity Surveyor

  • 10+ year's Quantity Surveying Consultancy experience
  • Extensive knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts
  • History of client liaison / client-base development
  • Full valid UK driving license
  • Willing to commute across the Midlands
  • MRICS preferrable
