Opportunity for a Chartered Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a highly accomplished multi-disciplined property and construction consultancy with over 76 years in the industry

About the Role

Winner of numerous awards, including the Facilities management award at the Built Environment Awards 2021, my client functions from 3 offices, across 9 sectors including commercial, high-end residential, healthcare, education and retail. They pride themselves on going above and beyond in order to exceed expectations, this has led to a strong client base providing an excellent platform to propel your career.

As an Associate Director, Quantity Surveyor you will join the close-knit team in the Liverpool Street office, and be expected to lead projects from the front, often collaborating with colleagues. You will be expected to be heavily involved in key client development and financial forecasting as well as mentoring junior members of the team strengthening our management and growth.

About You

The successful candidate will be MRICS and come from a consultancy background, with proven experience of adding value and prospects as well as leading a team of Quantity Surveyors. If you have experience in monitoring that is a bonus!
