Excellent Job opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a successful Property Management company, based in Birmingham city centre, managing an impressive portfolio of commercial properties including offices, retail parks, shopping centres and industrial estates.

The Role
The successful chartered building surveyor for this job will conduct building/condition surveys, technical due diligence, dilapidations, reinstatement valuations and other building surveying duties. The position is open to newly qualified Surveyors, as well as more experienced Surveyors looking to further their career and take on more responsibility. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the company’s Building Surveying function. Up until recently there was one Building Surveyor at the company (with a proportion of the work contracted out) but with a desire to bring more work in house you would have the opportunity to manage your own workload which comes with potential for career progression

Required Skills

• Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in a similar role
• Full driving license, own car and willing to travel around the UK when required
