INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR REQUIRED FOR SUMMER 2022
Park Avenue are working with a coastal Local Authority in Hampshire who require an Interim Estates Surveyor to manage their commercial property portfolio on an initial 3-month contract.
You'd be required to complete site visits when you think it's necessary and go to the offices once or twice a fortnight.
There's plenty of longevity with this role, as we already have a surveyor in the team on a similar contract and they've been there for over 9 months!
MRICS is required for this role.
Public sector experience is desirable.
