The Company

Woodhouse Property Recruitment are delighted to be assisting a successful emerging property investment company based in the West Midlands, with a mixed commercial portfolio across the UK, including individual properties and larger business parks. The cross-sector portfolio is very much opportunity led, with opportunities sourced via the company’s investment team.

 

The role

The role involves traditional estate management aspects while providing an active role in executing value add initiatives across a growing portfolio through responsibilities including: regearing, redevelopment, and change of use. Furthermore, you will be assisting with acquisitions and exits, while provided updates to investment partners. You will be joining a team who recognise hard work, with trips away, supportive leadership, and ample progression opportunities.

 

The Candidate

You will be experienced with strategic asset management initiatives, ideally with transactional experience. It will be beneficial for you to be MRICS chartered, however an experienced commercial minding candidate will be considered.

 

This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity join a rapidly growing investment company at an early stage of their growth. You will be surrounding by a highly knowledgeable team with a bonus potential of 50%.
