Job Details
A multi-national Property and Construction Consultancy are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor with traditional building surveying/project management experience to join their Central London office.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will head up a team of surveyors whilst carrying out new build/refurbishment projects on behalf of a diverse client portfolio (public and private sector).
This is a client-facing role, giving the successful Senior Building Surveyor the opportunity to progress to directorship within a consultancy winning the rights to some of the UK's most sought-after projects.
The Successful Senior Building Surveyor
- Experience working in a private practice/consultancy environment
- MRICS or 7+ years' experience
- Proficient in carrying out traditional building surveying and project work
- MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
- Strong communication skills
- Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
