Quantity Surveyor

Amazing opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join a non-corporate multi-award winning construction consultancy in the Salisbury office working across a range of sectors including commercial, education, heritage, healthcare, residential and retail.

About the role

This well-established multi-discipline consultancy has built up expertise from over 40 years in the industry and works on projects across the UK with an office network spanning across 7 cities. In an environment of uncertainty, they seek to provide assurance, confidence and value, demonstrated by our long-term client relationships with many household names; having worked with Rolls Royce, Sainsbury's, Ministry of Defence and the Eden Project.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will work within a close-knit team and be comfortable using your own initiative and working independently to drive projects forward, running the entire project lifecycle as well as collaborate and communicate with colleagues, clients and contractors.

About you

The successful candidate will have a RICS accredited degree and have experience working in the industry whether from a consultancy or contractor background, as well as have taken on responsibility of running your own projects without supervision. Ideally you will have run NEC contracts but if not, JCT at the minimum. If you have experience fulfilling employer’s agent duties or contract admin that is a huge bonus! You will also need to be mobile and have your own car as a lot of the work will be on site in Success, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
