About The Role

Founded on the expertise and experience of 5 chartered directors, this prestigious, solution focused consultancy provides tailored and high-quality quantity surveying, project management and building surveying services. Based in Surbiton, they work on projects across London including Notting Hill, Kensington and Bayswater working mostly on commercial, residential and large historic grade listed properties whether its development, renovation or a new build. 

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working collaboratively within a close-knit team benefiting from a fun, harmonious work environment whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. Their hands on approach and close support and mentorship will encourage you to bring your own innnovative ideas to the company as well as progress in your career through to directorship. You can expect a competitive salary of up to £70k per annum and benefits package including gym membership, pension, healthcare, car allowance, bonus and phone/laptop.

About You

This opportunity is best suited to an ambitious, hardworking Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking ownership of projects and leading the team from pre and post contract. A large part of your career will have been spent at a construction or property consultancy as opposed to a main contractor and ideally you will be or be close to becoming MRICS.
