About the Role

You could be part of an International consultancy, pronounced Consultancy of the Year 2021 with a turnover in excess of £200 million. From giant petrochemical plants to the world's tallest hotel in Dubai, and from London's Heathrow Airport to the Freedom Tower in New York they've been responsible for numerous award-winning successful projects. Flexible and remote working is a central part of my client's culture who very much encourage the hybrid model.

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor you will join the commercial property team of 18 Quantity Surveyors in the Cambridge office working on projects ranging from £1m-£100m. Your responsibilities will include assisting with with bills of quantities, contract administration, chasing requests for information, cost modelling and more, with a view to moving into managing your own projects in the future.

About you

You must have a RICS accredited quantity surveying related degree and have a keen interest in the construction industry and desire to excel in your career. My client invests heavily into each employee with close mentorship, 6 month and annual appraisals and wants to see you achieve the best of your ability, so are looking for someone enthusiastic and driven to expand your skillset progress in your career.
